I am really loving my car. Had my first oil change, etc., and everyone was so nice. I bought the service plan for oil changes when I got my car, and they were able to look it up easily, unlike the last place I bought a service plan from. I am very happy.

I traded in my 2021 Legacy XT for a new 2025 Legacy XT Touring. Had an outstanding buying experience last night. The entire team stayed after closing time to accommodate my schedule. From initial contact through their website to driving off the lot with my new vehicle, 5 star experience. Special thanks to Gionni and Robert, both are super professional, friendly and sincere. And the sales managers, Chez and Angel, who helped me construct the deal exactly how I wanted it. And typically the most excruciating part of any major purchase, the finance paperwork was fast, organized and stress free thanks to Josh. Let me end this by saying I do not hand out 5 star reviews easily. As a career manager of sales organizations I have very high expectations and scrutinize every aspect of an organization’s customer experience. These guys earned my trust and respect.

I'm a 4 time Subaru Forester owner. 3 in Pittsburgh Pa.. 1 here in Florida I also have 3 children driving Subaru's. I'm very loyal to the brand and model. Subaru of America backs their products! I need to take a moment to give you my experience with this particular dealership. My prior dealings here were with the service department e.g. oil changes and warranty work. No car is perfect and things will break. The Service Department manager Chris has got to be the nicest guy and will do everything to make your experience of getting your service needs met and to your liking. His crew will work with your warranty company until the warranty company won't. My particular service advisor that I work always is Nick Vella. Smart guy and he will explain everything needed to service your car. He'll also tell you if there are service coupons if they're available and he'll apply them. My salesman Rob Gilpin another great guy to work with. You tell him your specific needs and wants. He'll make sure he gives you what you want. He's a no pressure type salesman and he won't lie to you. His bosses in sales Angel, Chez, and Josh are the same way during the whole negotiation process. They want you to be happy with your investment. There's no hidden fees. They'll tell you straight up what your going to see in terms of costs during the process. Travis "the closer" is the guy you sit with at the end of the negotiations and he'll walk you right through the paperwork. He's the best at that job I've ever had to deal with. Very forthcoming in his dealings with you. He makes it painless as you sign those millions of papers 😆. He has this huge virtual class top desk that makes it that much easier for those many signatures. Michael Fendley is the guy who will teach you how to work your new car. Not sure how he does it. He knows every car, with every button and what every button does. He has the patience of a SAINT. I'm an old guy and he had to repeat himself many times 😆. He also made himself available if I needed a refresh of knowledge of my new Forester. Last but not least the General Manager "Jack"! He's a hands on manager. He knows that buying a new car can be a stressful experience and an expensive one at that . He's made sure that "ALL" of his employees know this when dealing with you. They make the buying or servicing experience of your investment as stress and pain free as humanly possible. Jack also makes himself available if you feel it necessary for a conversation. His office is right in the showroom! Jack said "he doesn't need to be hidden in the back and insulated from the public". He will go out of his way to make you happy with the whole experience. Whether it's the service department or the buying experience. His goal is to make you happy! He is such a class act!

I came to this location to view a specific vehicle, but was unhappy with the paint. I viewed and test drove another vehicle with Michael Massad. I ended up purchasing a vehicle from another dealer just out of availability, and I was looking for something a bit older. I did want to point out though that there was little to no pressure while viewing and Michael was extremely helpful/understanding.

I recently brought my car in for a routine oil change, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. My service advisor, Nick Vella, went above and beyond to make sure both my car and I were well taken care of. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about doing a great job. I was so impressed that my girlfriend has decided to bring her Jeep in for service too. We won’t trust anyone else with our vehicles. Nick is truly amazing, and I think he deserves some serious recognition. As long as he’s at Subaru, I’ll be coming back for all my car’s service needs!

I took my Crosstrek to Subaru of Ft Myers for routine oil change and tire rotation, along with several other minor services that I requested. Afterwards, it came to my attention that several of the service requests had been overlooked. After alerting the service department, Chris, the service manager, went above and beyond to not only personally correct the oversights, but made sure that all my car's needs were met, and answered all my questions and concerns to my satisfaction. I am confident that my future relationship with Subaru of Ft Myers will be a good one, and I plan to have my Crosstrek serviced there again next time. I appreciate their attention and will gladly recommend them.

Wow! This experience could not have been better. We had a 2025 Subaru Forrester Touring built and delivered to Ft Myers. Ed Bridges our sales person did a fantastic job. Jack Woodring the General Manager was equally involved in total positive customer service experience. Michael was exemplary in getting me started with the many “bells and whistles” of the car. Additionally I had concerns after the purchase and Chris, their service manager stopped what he was doing and took care of that concern on the spot Overall this continues to be a very good decision.
