If you go to this dealership looking to make an honest deal with someone who is customer focused avoid Kim at all costs! My experience with her was so all over the place that she couldn’t remember if we were working up a lease or purchase agreement. Because of her lack of focus and investment in the customer I almost ended up with a lease agreement on the wrong car rather than a purchase agreement on the car I desired! First Time Subaru Owner
I bought my first ever Subaru at Subaru of Fort Myers. Living in Englewood, FL, I had tried dealerships closer to and north of me, but wanted to find other dealerships that would honor appointments and honestly list cars in their inventory. After looking for a Crosstrek for 2 ½ years, I knew which model of Subaru I wanted after thorough research. I found three certified pre-owned Crosstreks at Subaru of Fort Myers.
I scheduled an appointment with Eddie, who kept his time slot open to allow for my arrival and was prompt with helping me inspect some of the Crosstreks in which I was interested. Unlike other dealership experiences, he took time to join me on a test drive for the two vehicles I chose, and once we returned to the dealer, it was time for negotiation.
I knew going in that the dealer fees were high compared with some other dealers, but Eddie, Kelly, and other sales managers were able to compensate pricing to help make a great deal on my new certified pre-owned Crosstrek. Thank you Eddie and Kelly.
I had questions regarding a few discrepancies about the vehicle’s mileage and the 152 point inspection, but Eddie was able to help solve those in a timely manner. Some problems still exist, but Kelly is working to resolve them and I’m confident she will.
Overall, I recommend Subaru as a great car to own given their history of IIHS Top Safety scores and would recommend Eddie and Kelly at Subaru to help you get into one.

I brought my car in for service recently. It was by far, the worst experience of my life. I have a brand new car that needed an issue resolved. Right away the advisor was horrible with his attitude towards me. I scheduled an appointment for 8:30, three days out and got my vehicle in well before they opened the day of the appointment to make sure they had ample time to get it in and fix the problem. The advisor never contacted me until an hour before the dealership closed to tell me they were JUST starting on it. I have a personal business that requires the use of my car. I called in frustrated with it all saying I needed stuff out of my car. When I arrived and asked to retrieve tools out of my trunk, the advisor was horribly rude and disrespectful and due to a lack of communication from every angle, the advisor called me, after I already left, and told me they had done work on the wrong part so they'd need it for half following day. It's not the mistakes or even the lack of communication that frustrated me. I was completely put out and set off from the advisor's attitude towards me. I will NEVER return to this place for ANYTHING my car will need. SMALL TIME SHOPS ARE BETTER. Don't let this stealership take advantage of your time and money!! Too many good shops out there that won't squeeze you dry and treat you like filth

I had a very disappointing experience at Subaru of Fort Myers. The car I was interested in was listed online for about $13,500. However, when I sat down for a final quote, the out-the-door price came out to nearly $18,000 — almost $4,000 higher — without any added warranties or extras.
The dealership tacked on excessive dealership fees, DMV fees, and "convenience" charges that other dealerships simply don't impose, at least not to this extreme. Most reputable dealerships I've visited have roughly $1,500 in fees — not $4,000.
When I expressed how upset and misled I felt, the salesman barely addressed my concerns. I even offered to show comparable quotes from other dealerships, but they refused and only showed me quotes from other dealerships also owned by Morgan Auto Group. It felt like they had no genuine interest in helping me or being fair — just pushing their pricing.
After the experience, I reviewed their Google ratings and realized many other customers had similar complaints. I will not be doing business with this dealership, and I recommend others be very cautious about hidden fees and inflated costs here.
In anticipation of a potential response, I want to be clear that I do not wish to be contacted by a Morgan Auto Group Customer Specialist simply asking me to "email in" to discuss my concerns. If the dealership is serious about addressing the issue and earning my business, a manager should personally reach out to me directly. As the customer who was disappointed by this experience, I should not be expected to do additional work just to have my concerns heard.

I strongly advise against shopping for a used car at Subaru of Fort Myers. My experience was deeply disappointing and costly. During the buying process, I specifically asked both the salesman and the sales manager to be completely honest about the car’s condition. They assured me it was in excellent shape with no issues. However, just a week after purchase, a thorough inspection revealed about $5,000 in damages.
When I returned to the dealership with this information, their only response was to offer a tire rotation and balance—no meaningful help or accountability for the hidden damages. This lack of responsibility is unfortunately consistent with other customer complaints about undisclosed vehicle problems and poor post-sale support.
Additionally, I made it clear before purchase that I did not want any warranty. Despite this, the finance manager convinced me to sign up for three warranties, promising he would cancel them after securing a lower interest rate with my credit union. After the rate was locked in, I was told that one warranty—costing about $1,200—was non-refundable, which was never disclosed upfront. It took nearly five months and repeated follow-ups before I finally received a refund, thanks only to the help of a considerate and very kind staff member in the finance and accounting department.
The entire process was stressful, time-consuming, and unprofessional. Based on my experience and the dealership’s pattern of misleading sales tactics and poor customer care, I highly recommend avoiding Subaru of Fort Myers for any used car purchase.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received at the service department at Fort Myers Subaru. William Rufener went beyond my expectations. He gave me a brand new Outback with only 5 miles on the odometer to use for 4 days while my car was being repaired and made sure to address and correct any concerns I had with the used Forester I purchased. The salesperson was nice enough but the whole buying experience was really bad. It reminded me of the stereotypical car buying experience of 20 years ago where the dealership is trying to get one over on you at every turn. Their initial offer on our trade in was very insulting (about 40-45% lower than fair market value). After hours of negotiating we got them up to a reasonable amount. But I feel really bad for the customers who take their sales staff at their word when discussing the numbers. Make sure you do your research before walking in there.
We do love the car though. If it wasn't the exact car that we wanted, we would have just walked and went to a different dealership.

Friendly service advisor, long, long waiting time. Only two bays and two mechanics at work. 2 and 3 hours to have your tires check; oil change 2 hours minimum. I strongly suggest that you make an appointment. $$$

Worst dealership experience of my life! I usually go to the Sarasota location because they provide exceptional service there but I woke up with a flat tire from a nail. Used a hand pump to get the tire full enough to get it to the Fort Myers location (closer to my home). Asked for them to patch it so I could get to work. They took my car back and inspected it and then told me all my tires needed replacing because they weren’t safe to drive on (I do acknowledge my tires need replacing but they still have a few months on them). The rep I was working with said it would be a couple thousand dollars and we couldn’t do a payment plan or just replace one tire that day. It HAD to be all 4 tires because "it will mess up the alignment". I didn't have that kind of money so I asked if I could just get the patch so I could get to work and come back another day to get the others fixed. The rep huffed at me and said "fine I'll get it ready for you". Brings my car out and tells me that they patched the tire and it's safe to drive. refused to give me a copy of the documents saying what they did to my car and said "you're all set, just leave now!" I get in to drive and the check engine light is still on and the tire with the nail is on 7 psi. I thought he patched it but maybe just didn't fill it to get back at me so I pulled over on the side of the road (right next to the shop) and used my hand pump to fill it. Realized in that moment they indeed DID NOT PATCH IT. Put my life at risk sending me on a damaged tire that they didn't even care to try to fill for me. I called to speak to a manager for the location shortly after that and emailed for my complaint to be resolved. They said it's basically on me for not wanting to get all 4 of my tires done that day and paying a couple thousand for it. Absolute worst dealership there is. They do not care about their customers. DO NOT GO HERE!

I purchased a Subaru Forester from this location Saturday afternoon, and I could not be more pleased with my experience. Jacob, Lucas and Gary all played their part in my wonderful experience and here is why — Jacob as my Sales Rep went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, heard, and confident throughout the entire sales process (for anyone who has purchased a car from a dealership, you know how long it can take, and how pushy some salesmen can be) and for that not being the case here I’m grateful. I needed a vehicle that fit my current needs as a mom with a 10 month old and Jacob was able to find the perfect vehicle that met my needs AND wants. Lucas was the Finance Manager who worked my deal, and he helped me get the warranties that while living in FL are absolutely a necessity. He walked me through each option, and catered to what was important to me and my family. Gary was the man behind the scenes making sure all of this went over without any bumps along the way. I just wanted to give a shout out to the team who ensured I will forever more be a loyal Subaru customer. do not buy used cars from any of the morgan dealerships. bought a car in feb, scratch in cylinder less then 300 miles. not there fault but the inspection they do before they sell you the car is lackluster at best, bought the car during the day, headed home from work and multiple bulbs were out. sold me on the extended warranty then i was back 8 times the first week. told me to kept waiting for the extended warranty that was absolutely necessary from the "loan company", loan company gets in contact with me saying we see you got the extended warranty just to let you know its not necessary to have... told them about what the dealership was saying about waiting until the warranty to kick in, they told me they either fix it or put me in a new car, they opted to put me in a new car that they felt like they could choose. if im spending my money i want the car that i would like. finance manager travis complaining about how he had to do his job to get me into a car.. gave me my money back but still waiting on a reimbursement check from a month ago when they told me to rent a car and they would pay me back.. angel and nick were great though thats about it.

Liars. Personally experienced this. Trust them at your own risk. I purchased a car for my son cash in August. They insisted I purchase a package that included 2 oil changes and paint protection, etc.. I stated my son is moving to Florida for college and that wouldn’t be necessary. They stated that he could take it to any dealer in their dealership group. When it came time for the oil change, they stated Not true and forced my son to come back to Fort Myers making it a six hour round-trip for oil change tire rotation. And then even though they were requested And told that we absolutely needed to get the paint protection reapplied on that day they did not do it. We had explained that it absolutely needed to be done because it was a six hour trip for this and they just said the person took a vacation so too bad. All I want them to do is allow us to go to their dealership group in Miami to have this done as they promised. So unfortunate. They could easily remedy this and keep their word.

Bought a 2025 Outback and am quite pleased with the vehicle, however, during the purchase process as you know you usually sit with the finance manager. I understand that the man we sat with is no longer employed there, but when he was working with us he flat lied to us regarding various issues with the vehicle warranty and service should issues arise. When we weren’t lied to we were misled, ultimately we had an issue with the vehicle and when we went in for service the service department explained how it actually wand it did not match the warranty guys. Of course we told this man we wanted to cancel the parts of the warranty which we were misled about and he did , or so we thought, push ahead 4 months later and still have no refunds, called the office half dozen times and only get voicemail for people who do not return the call or show a bit of concern for you. Very disappointing that a good company can take a hit because the employees dont do their due diligence and assist the people who are spending alot of money at their establishment. Do what you say Fort Myers Subaru, just because this guy doesn’t work there any longer doesn’t mean his faults should be dismissed and swept under the rug.

I went in to have my 2019 Suburu Crosstek I bought new. Currenly has 67k milies on now. Had them check
starter that was not starting engine everytime and a whine in rear wheels looked at. Turned out to be bad starter and bad rear wheel bears. 1200 for a starter and 900+ for rear wheel bearings. That is crazy expensive. Their the dealer and I bit the bullet and had it done. 2400+ with taxes later, I'm told if I use a credit they charge a 3% surcharge. Crazy expensive! Coffee was good, but not at that price. Do yourself a favor before you go here, find a good mechanic. There are plenty around that will not charge half of that price. Also, I was told I needed plugs and they would change 4 plugs (4 cylinder) for $700.00. I said, it seemed early for plugs. They said, Subaru Boxer engines are high compression and produce alot of carbon. I got out of there fast. I priced recommended plugs for that engine at Autozone. 85.00 for 4 plugs at Autozone. Checked Youtube for changing and I will need a couple extra extension, but it seemed straight forward. I love Youtube, lol. I rarely write reviews and don't consider myself a complainer or Karen, but I was compelled to warn all of you hard working folks to go elsewhere before they separate you from alot of your hard earned cash. On another note;
I should have bought another Honda or Toyota. Never had these problems at that 67k milage with my Tundra or Accord. Good luck!

Your fix was a single spark plug & Declined extended warranty because I couldn't afford it. Let's be Honest I expressed The issues with my daughter &how I really needed it 2be safe. I shouldn't have to waste my time with any of this including all the money I'm losing on top of the money for my daughter medical . Big companies should stop taking advantage of little people. 1/2/25 The vehicle is in the shop again 3,000 job. I still continue to pay & drive a vehicle that I'm told I shouldn't be driving but what else can I do, I have to work &already spent all my savings while still making payments &medical expenses. The only thing I've gotten is coupons to spend more money.Well I'm still driving a dangerous car. I could be driving by you but I have to. I have no other choice .Don't believe them when they say " they care about your family.The Subaru promise , or they did special inspections.if it was truly inspected twice like I was told they would have found it. But then again I'm also told they don't have computer systems to read every vehicle. You're supposed to be happy with your new vehicle. Ecstatic that you just got a new vehicle. Not scared to drive it while you're still paying hundreds of dollars a month &a big company that could fix what they did would actually do it.Here I am putting out more money again on top of all the other money. Do you think that anyone's cared to help me for real, happy holidays We know your little person struggling but how can we take advantage of you? Don't buy into it. The same night I took my vehicle home it started sputtering I couldn't drive it due to it being the weekend I had to bring it in on Monday which only a single sparkplug was replaced. Today I sit at another dealership for a recall 4days into owning this vehicle & I have a paper of 5safety codes.I was told I definitely can't drive far in the vehicle which I have doctor's appointments 2 hours away.$20,000 for an unsafe vehicle. Is not what I signed up for esp. when they knew my situation as well. Where is the companies promise of safety ect. Where is the love for customers? For what I'm going through I should have just bought at a buy here pay here & paid a lot less for the same kind of situation. It started over heating, I found that there was absolutely no freon in the reservoir so again how was this vehicle honestly inspected. This is the worst communicating dealership I have ever used. You can forget getting a call back about your vehicle in the service department. Service manager doesn't answer the phone, GM doesn't answer the phone, and when they finally transfer you to the sales manager you get his voice mail.
Update: Service Manager did eventually get in touch and provided a loaner at no cost while they performed the repairs. I haven't given up on them yet. I hope for a better experience next time.
UPDATE...
They told me I needed a rear transmission bearing for the noise/humming I was hearing. Labor to disassemble alone was $6000. Took the car for a second opinion at a local shop. Turned out it was just a wheel bearing. Total cost to replace $700 parts and labor. I can't recommend strongly enough to avoid the service department at all costs.

PROS: I got a car I liked.
CONS: 1. Was promised a full tank of gas upon cars pickup per my sales agent Michael Massad (had to wait to get til the next day since just arrived to lot same day I purchased and was not cleaned yet) and was not done even though reminded sales rep of prior to my arrival for pickup.
2. Finance manager whom you meet with to sign all paperwork had me sign a paper for an $150 donation to some cars for kids thing without even asking me and threw it in the paperwork as if 'just another paper I had to sign' - which I did not realize until days later after I went threw the paperwork at home. Deceptive.
3. Poor contact with sales rep after cars purchase. Had to contact him a few times for a few things done via our original correspondence (Email) and was frequently not responded to at all
4. Cars registration still have not received (currently post 3 months after purchase). Was provided a paper copy of but was assured via my sales rep Michael Massad that he would send it in the mail to me. Never received. Contacted him directly back about it two times again, via our original correspondence method via email, and still have not gotten a response.
Overall I would advise taking your business elsewhere.

I need to take a moment to give you my experience with this particular dealership. My prior dealings here were with the service department e.g. oil changes and warranty work. No car is perfect and things will break. The Service Department manager Chris has got to be the nicest guy and will do everything to make your experience
of getting your service needs met and to your liking. His crew will work with your warranty company until the warranty company won't. My particular service advisor that I work always is Nick Vella. Smart guy and he will explain everything needed to service your car. He'll also tell you if there are service coupons if they're available and he'll apply them.
My salesman Rob Gilpin another great guy to work with. You tell him your specific needs and wants. He'll make sure he gives you what you want. He's a no pressure type salesman and he won't lie to you. His bosses in sales Angel, Chez, and Josh are the same way during the whole negotiation process. They want you to be happy with your investment. There's no hidden fees. They'll tell you straight up what your going to see in terms of costs during the process.
Travis "the closer" is the guy you sit with at the end of the negotiations and he'll walk you right through the paperwork. He's the best at that job I've ever had to deal with. Very forthcoming in his dealings with you. He makes it painless as you sign those millions of papers 😆. He has this huge virtual class top desk that makes it that much easier for those many signatures.
Michael Fendley is the guy who will teach you how to work your new car. Not sure how he does it. He knows every car, with every button and what every button does. He has the patience of a SAINT. I'm an old guy and he had to repeat himself many times 😆. He also made himself available if I needed a refresh of knowledge of my new Forester.
Last but not least the General Manager "Jack"! He's a hands on manager. He knows that buying a new car can be a stressful experience and an expensive one at that . He's made sure that "ALL" of his employees know this when dealing with you. They make the buying or servicing experience of your investment as stress and pain free as humanly possible. Jack also makes himself available if you feel it necessary for a conversation. His office is right in the showroom! Jack said "he doesn't need to be hidden in the back and insulated from the public". He will go out of his way to make you happy with the whole experience. Whether it's the service department or the buying experience.
His goal is to make you happy!

First Time Subaru Owner
I bought my first ever Subaru at Subaru of Fort Myers. Living in Englewood, FL, I had tried dealerships closer to and north of me, but wanted to find other dealerships that would honor appointments and honestly list cars in their inventory. After looking for a Crosstrek for 2 ½ years, I knew which model of Subaru I wanted after thorough research. I found three certified pre-owned Crosstreks at Subaru of Fort Myers.
I scheduled an appointment with Eddie, who kept his time slot open to allow for my arrival and was prompt with helping me inspect some of the Crosstreks in which I was interested. Unlike other dealership experiences, he took time to join me on a test drive for the two vehicles I chose, and once we returned to the dealer, it was time for negotiation.
I knew going in that the dealer fees were high compared with some other dealers, but Eddie, Kelly, and other sales managers were able to compensate pricing to help make a great deal on my new certified pre-owned Crosstrek. Thank you Eddie and Kelly.
I had questions regarding a few discrepancies about the vehicle’s mileage and the 152 point inspection, but Eddie was able to help solve those in a timely manner. Some problems still exist, but Kelly is working to resolve them and I’m confident she will.
Overall, I recommend Subaru as a great car to own given their history of IIHS Top Safety scores and would recommend Eddie and Kelly at Subaru to help you get into one.

I brought my car in for service recently. It was by far, the worst experience of my life. I have a brand new car that needed an issue resolved. Right away the advisor was horrible with his attitude towards me. I scheduled an appointment for 8:30, three days out and got my vehicle in well before they opened the day of the appointment to make sure they had ample time to get it in and fix the problem. The advisor never contacted me until an hour before the dealership closed to tell me they were JUST starting on it. I have a personal business that requires the use of my car. I called in frustrated with it all saying I needed stuff out of my car. When I arrived and asked to retrieve tools out of my trunk, the advisor was horribly rude and disrespectful and due to a lack of communication from every angle, the advisor called me, after I already left, and told me they had done work on the wrong part so they'd need it for half following day. It's not the mistakes or even the lack of communication that frustrated me. I was completely put out and set off from the advisor's attitude towards me. I will NEVER return to this place for ANYTHING my car will need. SMALL TIME SHOPS ARE BETTER. Don't let this stealership take advantage of your time and money!! Too many good shops out there that won't squeeze you dry and treat you like filth

I had a very disappointing experience at Subaru of Fort Myers. The car I was interested in was listed online for about $13,500. However, when I sat down for a final quote, the out-the-door price came out to nearly $18,000 — almost $4,000 higher — without any added warranties or extras.
The dealership tacked on excessive dealership fees, DMV fees, and "convenience" charges that other dealerships simply don't impose, at least not to this extreme. Most reputable dealerships I've visited have roughly $1,500 in fees — not $4,000.
When I expressed how upset and misled I felt, the salesman barely addressed my concerns. I even offered to show comparable quotes from other dealerships, but they refused and only showed me quotes from other dealerships also owned by Morgan Auto Group. It felt like they had no genuine interest in helping me or being fair — just pushing their pricing.
After the experience, I reviewed their Google ratings and realized many other customers had similar complaints. I will not be doing business with this dealership, and I recommend others be very cautious about hidden fees and inflated costs here.
In anticipation of a potential response, I want to be clear that I do not wish to be contacted by a Morgan Auto Group Customer Specialist simply asking me to "email in" to discuss my concerns. If the dealership is serious about addressing the issue and earning my business, a manager should personally reach out to me directly. As the customer who was disappointed by this experience, I should not be expected to do additional work just to have my concerns heard.

I strongly advise against shopping for a used car at Subaru of Fort Myers. My experience was deeply disappointing and costly. During the buying process, I specifically asked both the salesman and the sales manager to be completely honest about the car’s condition. They assured me it was in excellent shape with no issues. However, just a week after purchase, a thorough inspection revealed about $5,000 in damages.
When I returned to the dealership with this information, their only response was to offer a tire rotation and balance—no meaningful help or accountability for the hidden damages. This lack of responsibility is unfortunately consistent with other customer complaints about undisclosed vehicle problems and poor post-sale support.
Additionally, I made it clear before purchase that I did not want any warranty. Despite this, the finance manager convinced me to sign up for three warranties, promising he would cancel them after securing a lower interest rate with my credit union. After the rate was locked in, I was told that one warranty—costing about $1,200—was non-refundable, which was never disclosed upfront. It took nearly five months and repeated follow-ups before I finally received a refund, thanks only to the help of a considerate and very kind staff member in the finance and accounting department.
The entire process was stressful, time-consuming, and unprofessional. Based on my experience and the dealership’s pattern of misleading sales tactics and poor customer care, I highly recommend avoiding Subaru of Fort Myers for any used car purchase.

The salesperson was nice enough but the whole buying experience was really bad. It reminded me of the stereotypical car buying experience of 20 years ago where the dealership is trying to get one over on you at every turn. Their initial offer on our trade in was very insulting (about 40-45% lower than fair market value). After hours of negotiating we got them up to a reasonable amount. But I feel really bad for the customers who take their sales staff at their word when discussing the numbers. Make sure you do your research before walking in there.
We do love the car though. If it wasn't the exact car that we wanted, we would have just walked and went to a different dealership.

Worst dealership experience of my life! I usually go to the Sarasota location because they provide exceptional service there but I woke up with a flat tire from a nail. Used a hand pump to get the tire full enough to get it to the Fort Myers location (closer to my home). Asked for them to patch it so I could get to work. They took my car back and inspected it and then told me all my tires needed replacing because they weren’t safe to drive on (I do acknowledge my tires need replacing but they still have a few months on them). The rep I was working with said it would be a couple thousand dollars and we couldn’t do a payment plan or just replace one tire that day. It HAD to be all 4 tires because "it will mess up the alignment". I didn't have that kind of money so I asked if I could just get the patch so I could get to work and come back another day to get the others fixed. The rep huffed at me and said "fine I'll get it ready for you". Brings my car out and tells me that they patched the tire and it's safe to drive. refused to give me a copy of the documents saying what they did to my car and said "you're all set, just leave now!" I get in to drive and the check engine light is still on and the tire with the nail is on 7 psi. I thought he patched it but maybe just didn't fill it to get back at me so I pulled over on the side of the road (right next to the shop) and used my hand pump to fill it. Realized in that moment they indeed DID NOT PATCH IT. Put my life at risk sending me on a damaged tire that they didn't even care to try to fill for me. I called to speak to a manager for the location shortly after that and emailed for my complaint to be resolved. They said it's basically on me for not wanting to get all 4 of my tires done that day and paying a couple thousand for it. Absolute worst dealership there is. They do not care about their customers. DO NOT GO HERE!

Jacob, Lucas and Gary all played their part in my wonderful experience and here is why — Jacob as my Sales Rep went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable, heard, and confident throughout the entire sales process (for anyone who has purchased a car from a dealership, you know how long it can take, and how pushy some salesmen can be) and for that not being the case here I’m grateful. do not buy used cars from any of the morgan dealerships. bought a car in feb, scratch in cylinder less then 300 miles. not there fault but the inspection they do before they sell you the car is lackluster at best, bought the car during the day, headed home from work and multiple bulbs were out. sold me on the extended warranty then i was back 8 times the first week. told me to kept waiting for the extended warranty that was absolutely necessary from the "loan company", loan company gets in contact with me saying we see you got the extended warranty just to let you know its not necessary to have... told them about what the dealership was saying about waiting until the warranty to kick in, they told me they either fix it or put me in a new car, they opted to put me in a new car that they felt like they could choose. if im spending my money i want the car that i would like. finance manager travis complaining about how he had to do his job to get me into a car.. gave me my money back but still waiting on a reimbursement check from a month ago when they told me to rent a car and they would pay me back.. angel and nick were great though thats about it.

They insisted I purchase a package that included 2 oil changes and paint protection, etc.. I stated my son is moving to Florida for college and that wouldn’t be necessary. They stated that he could take it to any dealer in their dealership group. When it came time for the oil change, they stated Not true and forced my son to come back to Fort Myers making it a six hour round-trip for oil change tire rotation. And then even though they were requested And told that we absolutely needed to get the paint protection reapplied on that day they did not do it. We had explained that it absolutely needed to be done because it was a six hour trip for this and they just said the person took a vacation so too bad. All I want them to do is allow us to go to their dealership group in Miami to have this done as they promised. So unfortunate. They could easily remedy this and keep their word.

Bought a 2025 Outback and am quite pleased with the vehicle, however, during the purchase process as you know you usually sit with the finance manager. I understand that the man we sat with is no longer employed there, but when he was working with us he flat lied to us regarding various issues with the vehicle warranty and service should issues arise. When we weren’t lied to we were misled, ultimately we had an issue with the vehicle and when we went in for service the service department explained how it actually wand it did not match the warranty guys. Of course we told this man we wanted to cancel the parts of the warranty which we were misled about and he did , or so we thought, push ahead 4 months later and still have no refunds, called the office half dozen times and only get voicemail for people who do not return the call or show a bit of concern for you. Very disappointing that a good company can take a hit because the employees dont do their due diligence and assist the people who are spending alot of money at their establishment. Do what you say Fort Myers Subaru, just because this guy doesn’t work there any longer doesn’t mean his faults should be dismissed and swept under the rug.

I went in to have my 2019 Suburu Crosstek I bought new. Currenly has 67k milies on now. Had them check
starter that was not starting engine everytime and a whine in rear wheels looked at. Turned out to be bad starter and bad rear wheel bears. 1200 for a starter and 900+ for rear wheel bearings. That is crazy expensive. Their the dealer and I bit the bullet and had it done. 2400+ with taxes later, I'm told if I use a credit they charge a 3% surcharge. Crazy expensive! Coffee was good, but not at that price. Do yourself a favor before you go here, find a good mechanic. There are plenty around that will not charge half of that price. Also, I was told I needed plugs and they would change 4 plugs (4 cylinder) for $700.00. I said, it seemed early for plugs. They said, Subaru Boxer engines are high compression and produce alot of carbon. I got out of there fast. I priced recommended plugs for that engine at Autozone. 85.00 for 4 plugs at Autozone. Checked Youtube for changing and I will need a couple extra extension, but it seemed straight forward. I love Youtube, lol. I rarely write reviews and don't consider myself a complainer or Karen, but I was compelled to warn all of you hard working folks to go elsewhere before they separate you from alot of your hard earned cash. On another note;
I should have bought another Honda or Toyota. Never had these problems at that 67k milage with my Tundra or Accord. Good luck!

Your fix was a single spark plug & Declined extended warranty because I couldn't afford it. Let's be Honest I expressed The issues with my daughter &how I really needed it 2be safe. I still continue to pay & drive a vehicle that I'm told I shouldn't be driving but what else can I do, I have to work &already spent all my savings while still making payments &medical expenses. The only thing I've gotten is coupons to spend more money.Well I'm still driving a dangerous car. I could be driving by you but I have to. I have no other choice .Don't believe them when they say " they care about your family.The Subaru promise , or they did special inspections.if it was truly inspected twice like I was told they would have found it. But then again I'm also told they don't have computer systems to read every vehicle. You're supposed to be happy with your new vehicle. Ecstatic that you just got a new vehicle. Not scared to drive it while you're still paying hundreds of dollars a month &a big company that could fix what they did would actually do it.Here I am putting out more money again on top of all the other money. Today I sit at another dealership for a recall 4days into owning this vehicle & I have a paper of 5safety codes.I was told I definitely can't drive far in the vehicle which I have doctor's appointments 2 hours away.$20,000 for an unsafe vehicle. Is not what I signed up for esp. when they knew my situation as well. Where is the companies promise of safety ect. Where is the love for customers? For what I'm going through I should have just bought at a buy here pay here & paid a lot less for the same kind of situation. It started over heating, I found that there was absolutely no freon in the reservoir so again how was this vehicle honestly inspected. I am really loving my car. Had my first oil change, etc., and everyone was so nice. I bought the service plan for oil changes when I got my car, and they were able to look it up easily, unlike the last place I bought a service plan from. I am very happy.

This is the worst communicating dealership I have ever used. You can forget getting a call back about your vehicle in the service department. Service manager doesn't answer the phone, GM doesn't answer the phone, and when they finally transfer you to the sales manager you get his voice mail.
Update: Service Manager did eventually get in touch and provided a loaner at no cost while they performed the repairs. I haven't given up on them yet. I hope for a better experience next time.
UPDATE...
They told me I needed a rear transmission bearing for the noise/humming I was hearing. Labor to disassemble alone was $6000. Took the car for a second opinion at a local shop. Turned out it was just a wheel bearing. Total cost to replace $700 parts and labor. I can't recommend strongly enough to avoid the service department at all costs.

PROS: I got a car I liked.
CONS: 1. Was promised a full tank of gas upon cars pickup per my sales agent Michael Massad (had to wait to get til the next day since just arrived to lot same day I purchased and was not cleaned yet) and was not done even though reminded sales rep of prior to my arrival for pickup.
2. Finance manager whom you meet with to sign all paperwork had me sign a paper for an $150 donation to some cars for kids thing without even asking me and threw it in the paperwork as if 'just another paper I had to sign' - which I did not realize until days later after I went threw the paperwork at home. Deceptive.
3. Poor contact with sales rep after cars purchase. Had to contact him a few times for a few things done via our original correspondence (Email) and was frequently not responded to at all
4. Cars registration still have not received (currently post 3 months after purchase). Was provided a paper copy of but was assured via my sales rep Michael Massad that he would send it in the mail to me. Never received. Contacted him directly back about it two times again, via our original correspondence method via email, and still have not gotten a response.
Overall I would advise taking your business elsewhere.

From initial contact through their website to driving off the lot with my new vehicle, 5 star experience. Special thanks to Gionni and Robert, both are super professional, friendly and sincere. And the sales managers, Chez and Angel, who helped me construct the deal exactly how I wanted it. And typically the most excruciating part of any major purchase, the finance paperwork was fast, organized and stress free thanks to Josh. Let me end this by saying I do not hand out 5 star reviews easily. I need to take a moment to give you my experience with this particular dealership. My prior dealings here were with the service department e.g. oil changes and warranty work. No car is perfect and things will break. The Service Department manager Chris has got to be the nicest guy and will do everything to make your experience
of getting your service needs met and to your liking. His crew will work with your warranty company until the warranty company won't. My particular service advisor that I work always is Nick Vella. Smart guy and he will explain everything needed to service your car. He'll also tell you if there are service coupons if they're available and he'll apply them.
My salesman Rob Gilpin another great guy to work with. You tell him your specific needs and wants. He'll make sure he gives you what you want. He's a no pressure type salesman and he won't lie to you. His bosses in sales Angel, Chez, and Josh are the same way during the whole negotiation process. They want you to be happy with your investment. There's no hidden fees. They'll tell you straight up what your going to see in terms of costs during the process.
Travis "the closer" is the guy you sit with at the end of the negotiations and he'll walk you right through the paperwork. He's the best at that job I've ever had to deal with. Very forthcoming in his dealings with you. He makes it painless as you sign those millions of papers 😆. He has this huge virtual class top desk that makes it that much easier for those many signatures.
Michael Fendley is the guy who will teach you how to work your new car. Not sure how he does it. He knows every car, with every button and what every button does. He has the patience of a SAINT. I'm an old guy and he had to repeat himself many times 😆. He also made himself available if I needed a refresh of knowledge of my new Forester.
Last but not least the General Manager "Jack"! He's a hands on manager. He knows that buying a new car can be a stressful experience and an expensive one at that . He's made sure that "ALL" of his employees know this when dealing with you. They make the buying or servicing experience of your investment as stress and pain free as humanly possible. Jack also makes himself available if you feel it necessary for a conversation. His office is right in the showroom! Jack said "he doesn't need to be hidden in the back and insulated from the public". He will go out of his way to make you happy with the whole experience. Whether it's the service department or the buying experience.
His goal is to make you happy!
